Quality Policy

 

It is the policy of the company (IVR UK Ltd) to provide a service to our customers and the industry by administering a National Training Scheme.  This training scheme is modulised and based on the National Occupational Standards developed by the industry for Automotive Skills.  The company will aim to provide a scheme that is robust and consistent, with the intention of raising standards within the recovery sector.

The Quality Policy is implemented through the operation of the company Quality Management System, which meets the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008; the company is committed to the continual improvement and effectiveness of the system operated within the business activity.

The company convenes regular management board meetings at which quality and business objectives are established and the processes involved in achieving these objectives are monitored and measured, as well as the progress achieved.

The only way to achieve and maintain this policy is for the Directors, Management Board, every employee, training provider/instructor and sub-contractor, in whatever capacity, to perform his or her work to the highest standards at all times. To get it right first and every time so that continual improvement of the company’s systems and customer satisfaction can be achieved.

The requirements of this system are mandatory for all company personnel, training providers and instructors and no unauthorised alterations or deviations are permitted.

The company aims to comply with and fully supports the Health & Safety at Work Act 1974, The Management of Health & Safety Regulations 1999 and Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Requirements 2002.
